What’s the Job?

  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and custom objects.
  • Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, conversion, and development tools such as SOA, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDLs, UCM repository, and Oracle Integration Cloud Services.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of cloud-based HR applications and integrations.
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in cloud development and integration.

What’s Needed?

  • Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, development, and integration tools.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing development teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
