Your new work environment

As TBM Manager, you will be joining our Finance department. In the Finance department, our goal is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of 17 global brands. The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. The impact on the organization is tangible: we provide insights that enable our colleagues to offer the right guidance and targets for the business, and drive innovation and change in different domains of the company. All our Finance teams are filled with smart, high-performing finance professionals who enjoy pioneering and taking ownership of their work.

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

  • Manages the ITFM tool for AD Group IT as the functional owner, optimizing its use in line with centrally defined standards
  • Adapts and implements the ITFM roadmap within the AD Group IT unit, aligned with the global direction of the TBM office
  • Develops a value model and metrics specific to AD Group IT, ensuring measurement and reporting in accordance with global definitions
  • Implements ITFM taxonomy within AD Group IT and ensures consistent application across all data sources
  • Manages stakeholders within AD Group IT and the finance team, enabling aligned execution of ITFM practices
  • Provides analysis of IT cost portfolio performance in relation to business value and proposes optimizations
  • Participates in ITFM project execution as a business requirement owner or project lead within the AD Group IT function
  • Collaborates with the global TBM team, contributing to shared goals through knowledge exchange and methodology alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, FON (Faculty of Organizational Sciences), IT, and other related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with IT, business and financial processes, TBM principles and tools (Apptio)
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • High level of proficiency in the English language
