We are looking for an experienced SAP BI Developer with expertise in SAP BW on HANA modeling, SAP BusinessObjects BI tools, and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (CDS Views) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable BI solutions, integrating data from multiple SAP and non-SAP sources, and enabling actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize SAP BW on HANA data models (ADSO, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views).
  • Build and maintain ETL processes using extractors, transformations, and DataSources.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects BI tools (Web Intelligence, Lumira, Crystal Reports, Analysis for Office).
  • Leverage S/4HANA Embedded Analytics by creating and enhancing CDS Views and exposing them for reporting.
  • Integrate SAP BW, BusinessObjects, and S/4HANA analytics into a unified reporting landscape.
  • Collaborate with functional/business teams to translate requirements into end-to-end BI solutions.
  • Ensure high system performance through tuning, data optimization, and governance best practices.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12 years of experience as an SAP BI Developer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BW on HANA modeling (ADSO, Composite Providers, HANA views).
  • Proven experience with SAP BusinessObjects BI tools (WebI, Lumira, Crystal Reports, Analysis for Office).
  • Practical experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and CDS Views development.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting and ABAP routines for BW.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
