Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Oracle HCM experience

  • 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations

  • Strong functional knowledge of OTL & Health Care modules

  • Experience with Payroll, Absence, Benefits, HCM Extract, OTBI & BI Publisher

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module implementations

  • Configure, customize, and provide production support

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements
