Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Software Tester / QA Analyst to support a mission-critical Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation for a major public health organization. This high-profile project aims to replace a legacy system that manages patient care, scheduling, billing, and other healthcare services.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality and compliance with business and user requirements throughout the EHR lifecycle. This position is 100% onsite at the beginning of the engagement, with potential for revaluation based on project progress and team needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform software testing using the Cerner Millennium toolset.
- Execute test cases for interface, integration, smoke, and regression testing.
- Validate that user requirements and user stories are properly implemented.
- Identify and report defects in collaboration with development and functional teams.
- Assist in coordinating QA efforts across multiple functional workgroups.
- Support testing activities related to claims billing and processing systems.
- Document testing results and contribute to QA documentation and reporting.
