As a Senior Product Researcher, you will lead strategic research initiatives that shape product direction and user experience.
You will mentor junior researchers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that user insights are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
This role requires expertise in research design, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling.
You will influence product strategy by delivering compelling insights that drive innovation and improve user outcomes.
 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects, from planning to synthesis and presentation.
- Design and execute complex studies using mixed methods.
- Mentor junior researchers and promote research best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align research with business goals.
- Present findings to senior leadership and advocate for user-centered design.
- Develop research frameworks, templates, and standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging research methodologies.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development.

Required:

- HS Diploma or GED - 5+ years of experience in UX or product research
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with research tools and platforms
- Strong leadership and communication skills
