About The Role
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to maintain the leadership team’s operational rhythm, aligning meetings, priorities, and execution. This role involves preparing agendas and pre-reads, translating complex discussions into clear follow-ups, managing key initiatives (offsites, vendor relations, communications), and reinforcing company culture. Ideal candidates have strong business acumen, communication skills, and are adept with digital tools. Unlike a traditional admin role, this position offers direct exposure to strategy and opportunities for growth in operations, communications, or strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare clear agendas, pre-reads, and post-meeting summaries that capture decisions and actions.
- Facilitate weekly leadership operating cadence sessions (i.e., business reviews, QBRs).
- Support leadership communications, including internal updates and employer branding initiatives.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements using AI tools, automation, and collaboration platforms.
- Plan and execute logistics for leadership offsites and internal events.
- Orchestrate scheduling for key leadership calendars, ensuring priorities are aligned, time is invested on the highest-impact work, and meetings run with purpose.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and renewals for key systems and tools.
- Serve as a culture carrier and communication hub, ensuring information flows clearly across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; thrives on structure, detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex discussions into concise outputs.
- Tech-savvy and eager adopter of new tools; comfortable leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced business environment (scheduling, operations, or program management).
- Business acumen and judgment: able to connect daily cadence work to broader organizational goals.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, resourceful mindset and service orientation.
- Desire to grow into expanded operations, communications, or strategy roles beyond traditional admin responsibilities.
