This position is a full-time contract and will be a hybrid work schedule.What You’ll DoAnalyze IT-related contracts, including software licenses, cloud services, cybersecurity agreements, and hardware procurementsKeep track of contract orders, invoices, payments for a running total of contract activityDevelop forecasts and management reports to flag utilization, expenditure, or compliance issuesEvaluate adherence to contractual terms through audits, reviews, and data analysisPrepare comprehensive compliance reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plansProvide reports and assistance to IT contract managers in budget planningContribute to the development and implementation of IT contract compliance policiesEducate stakeholders on IT contract compliance requirements and best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve IT contract management processesAssist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending contract optimizationsSupport budgeting efforts by providing insights into IT contract expendituresEnsure adherence to internal financial policies and industry compliance standardsAct as a liaison between IT, finance, procurement, audit, and legal teamsSupport audit requests related to IT contractsCommunicate audit findings to stakeholdersMaintain a centralized database of IT contractsWork with Procurement to ensure timely renewals and amendmentsPrepare audit reports and provide updates for improvementReview IT vendor contracts to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and regulatory requirementsConduct periodic audits to assess contract compliance and SLA fulfillmentWhat You’ll Need Required: Experience in IT contract management and complianceStrong analytical skills for contract analysis and reportingAbility to develop forecasts and management reportsFamiliarity with audit processes and compliance reportingPreferred: Experience working with IT, finance, procurement, audit, and legal teamsKnowledge of cost-saving strategies and contract optimizationsSkills in educating stakeholders on compliance requirementsPhysical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $65.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
