CreativeMode is taking it to the next level by giving every player the power of a game studio at their fingertips. Players on CreativeMode create new experiences, play them with friends, and share their creations with the community. It’s a new way to play and create where imagination is the only limit.

About the role

We’re looking for the first hire on our Growth team. Our creator program already generates tens of millions of views per month and thousands of signups per day, and we haven’t made a single growth hire yet. You’ll take ownership of our growth engine that’s already working and scale it to hundreds of millions of monthly views and tens of thousands of daily signups. You’ll work directly with the CEO, manage a 6 to 7 figure annual budget, and define how a category-defining gaming startup acquires its next 10 million users.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience scaling growth at a consumer product, creator platform, or gaming company or a track record of building a large audience yourself in gaming content
  • Experience running creator/influencer programs at scale
  • Ability to operate as an owner. You’ll be the first growth hire, working directly with the CEO, and setting the playbook rather than inheriting one
  • Comfort managing a 6 to 7 figure annual growth budget with clear thinking about CAC, payback, and channel attribution

Note: This role is in-person in SF – We have a beautiful office in SF that we share with several other YC/MIT startups. You’ll be in one of the most focused and talent dense offices in the city.
