Digital Marketing Manager

The Role
• Lead the strategy for brand reach and equity, focusing on impactful content creation and customer marketing.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media influencer strategy to drive brand popularity.
• Manage the end-to-end influencer ecosystem, from identification and outreach to negotiation and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop creative concepts and content ideas, ensuring brand alignment and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Engage with traditional and digital media leaders to amplify brand exposure and organic coverage.
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and experience with content creation across various formats.
