Data Analyst

The Role
• Lead advanced analytics and consumer behavior analysis for home improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
• Employ analytical methods including data analytics, human behavior analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product development, marketing, and business strategies.
• Partner with marketing and media teams to optimize media planning and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, promoting a learning and innovative environment.
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics or a quantitative field (Insights and Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insights, analytics, or market research with a focus on consumer understanding.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with market data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator), and Power BI.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
