We are seeking a Supply Operations Manager to join Scaled Ops team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the quality of our supply through creative and operational disciplines. The role involves a nuanced approach to curation, documentation, and decision-making to uphold our platform’s high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be integral in ensuring our offerings align with brand philosophy and surpass guest expectations.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in high-subjectivity tasks for daily curation and review.
• Document decisions thoroughly across multiple tools including Airtable and GSuite.
• Defend creative and selection decisions with enthusiasm to leadership.
• Ensure high quality outcomes aligned with creative and supply briefs.
• Conduct thorough research using third-party data to understand and evaluate submissions.

Must Have Skills:

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative intuition for identifying unique content.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, with SQL and Airtable experience being advantageous.

Industry Experience Required:
Experience in global marketing curation, experience design, and production preferred. A background in hospitality or related fields that prioritize guest experience would be beneficial.ABOUT AKRAYA
