Program Manager – Influencer
Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a social media platform to hire a Creator Program Manager.
Assignment Length: 6 months
Pay: $60-$90/hr
Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities
- Own creator programs end-to-end from strategy and planning through execution and measurement with a high degree of autonomy
- Partner closely with Product to streamline how programs run and scale
- Dig into program data to spot problems early and build solutions before they become blockers
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular reporting on program performance and key insights
- Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams including Product, Comms, Legal, and Design
Qualifications

Program management, marketing, or a closely related field

Solid grasp of the creator economy and hands-on experience working with creators

Comfort with data — dashboards, self-serve tools, and basic querying to drive decisions

Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels

High ownership mentality — you spot gaps, flag them, and fix them

Experience running creator product adoption programs specifically

Background in product operations or product program management

Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones
Fine print:
This is a W2 position.
