Data Analyst

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Process hardware and software changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

• Review and manage Bills of Materials (BOM), including part categories, drawing types, and change orders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for configuration management processes.

• Analyze the impact of changes on existing in-process and on-hand materials.

• Facilitate Change Control Board meetings, review proposals, and manage action items.

• Assist with functional and physical configuration audits.

What You’ll Need

• 2-4 years of experience in Configuration Data Management or a related field.

• Familiarity with the principles of Configuration Management, EIA-649, and AS 9100.

• Proficiency in CM tools such as Windchill, ePDM, or equivalent.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to obtain a Federal clearance (Public Trust, Confidential, or Secret Level).
