Vice President Finance

A large-scale enterprise is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead a high-performing finance organization across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning. This executive will play a critical role in managing financial performance through periods of rapid growth, integration, and organizational complexity. The role will partner closely with executive leadership and the board to drive financial strategy, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise finance functions including FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning

• Drive financial strategy aligned with growth, integration, and performance objectives

• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management frameworks

• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and business decision making

• Manage capital allocation, liquidity planning, and financial risk management

• Present financial performance and strategic initiatives to board members and executive stakeholders

• Build scalable financial systems and processes across a complex organization

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization

Qualifications

• 20 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Proven experience managing through rapid growth, integration, and organizational complexity

• Strong background across FP&A, accounting, and treasury functions

• Experience presenting to boards and executive leadership

• Strong strategic thinking and financial leadership capabilities

• CPA or MBA preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required
