A community bank is looking to add another member to their banking family. They are seeking a Borrower Assistant Associate to assist borrowers with resolution of debt repayment.

Requirements:

• Drive to assist customers with delinquent accounts.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple tools to research, locate and contact consumers.
• Strong communication, computer, interpersonal and math skills.
• Ability to assist with special projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent and prior banking experience preferred.
