Software Engineer

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design and build full-stack features, including UIs for workflow orchestration, agent configuration, API integrations, and data visualization.

• Develop and extend API gateway capabilities for centralized platform calls to enterprise systems.

• Build bidirectional integrations with enterprise procurement, finance, travel, and contract management platforms using RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns.

• Collaborate with Product and Architecture Leads to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

• Implement AI agent orchestration workflows with durable execution, audit trails, and deterministic replay.

• Contribute to regulatory compliance data products, ensuring field validation, data lineage, and integration with cloud data warehouses.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python or Node.js) skills.

• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with enterprise or third-party systems.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL; cloud data warehouse experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration concepts and durable execution frameworks.

• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
