Data Analyst

The Role

• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to claims operations leadership, translating complex data into clear, compelling insights.

• Lead complex analytical efforts, design scalable dashboards, forecast trends, and support capacity and financial planning.

• Develop and own scalable reporting solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, well-documented, and optimized for various audiences.

• Design, develop, and own scalable reporting solutions, including datasets, semantic models, reports, and dashboards aligned to enterprise standards.

• Lead the development of complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large, structured datasets.

• Validate, reconcile, and certify data sourced from multiple teams, systems, and datasets to ensure accuracy.

What You’ll Need

• Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

• Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization.

• Expert proficiency in a leading business intelligence tool, including data modeling, formula languages, visual design best practices, and dashboard storytelling.

• Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership with confidence.

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or quantitative discipline.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or a related field.
