Data Analyst

The Role

• Develop and refine comprehensive discounting strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.

• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools to derive actionable insights.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders, facilitating key pricing steering committee meetings.

• Direct cross-functional projects involving Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and Operations teams.

• Support the management of proprietary software critical for pricing recommendations.

• Mentor and develop analysts in sales quoting data analysis.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Pricing, or Sales, with demonstrated team management experience.

• Expertise in data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL to provide complex insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering findings to leadership.
