Business Analyst

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead solution design and delivery, defining scope, options, requirements, and collaborating on estimates and timelines using Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques.

• Configure and validate solutions, including application configuration, data conversion, and building/executing test plans with complex queries and operational reporting.

• Own production support and stability, providing 24×7 support for critical systems, conducting root-cause analysis, and coordinating cross-team resolutions.

• Maintain documentation and training for users and support partners to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Need

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, solution design, and IT operations.

• Strong capability in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration/integration points for relevant applications/platforms.

• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts.

• Experience driving process re-engineering and user-centric design practices is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives and influencing alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
