Job Description:
- Salesforce

Develop and support solutions using Salesforce technologies, including CRM, Apex, and Lightning components.
Build and customize applications using:
o Apex classes and triggers
o SOQL queries
o Visualforce pages
o Workflows and approvals
o Dashboards and reports
o Custom objects
o Package installations
o Email templates
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern Salesforce UI experiences.
Build and support Agentforce AI agents.
Work with tools such as:
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT
Work in an onshore offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
Utilize version control and automation tools (GitHub, RTC, and others).
Support integrations and solutions involving IVR technologies such as:
o Avaya
o Cisco
o Chatbots
