Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure all content adheres to editorial guidelines, tone, and style consistency.
  • Monitor social media engagement metrics and compile performance reports.
  • Support senior team members in planning and executing content calendars.
  • Conduct basic research to identify relevant industry trends and apply them to social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign deliverables.
  • Proofread and fact-check posts to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries for use in social campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn editorial best practices.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $72,000 — $82,000 USD gross per year, plus benefits. Detailed compensation packages will be discussed during the interview process.
