Job Summary We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on expanding the supply side of by engaging homeowners to list their properties. This role demands a blend of sales expertise, strategic planning, and grassroots outreach to identify and connect with potential hosts while developing effective sales strategies. Based in NYC, Boston, or Philly (NYC preferred), this position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in field sales, cold calling, and managing sales pipelines, looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market visits, evaluate potential listings, and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Perform cold outreach to potential and previous hosts, developing scalable sales strategies and actionable playbooks.
• Engage with local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with potential hosts.
• Experiment with new strategies, rapidly prototyping operational processes for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging based on real-time feedback.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven background in outbound sales or grassroots operations.
• Comfortable with cold calling and managing own sales pipeline.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and familiarity with any sales CRM.

Industry Experience Required:

• Background in real estate, hospitality, or similar/adjacent industries is a plus.
