Requirements

Must have:

– Proven experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, etc. – Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and workflows – Skilled in connecting various software and platforms – Must reside locally and be available for onsite work – (Bonus) Familiarity with Monday.com – (Bonus) Experience in business operations or construction industries

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI systems to enhance company processes – Create automations and workflows to improve efficiencies – Integrate various platforms such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc. – Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI to create internal assistants – Enhance existing systems to reduce manual workloads – Transform current business procedures into automated systems – Maintain organization and efficiency to ensure swift progress
