Role Description

KOT Enterprises is seeking a full-time Senior Creative Designer for our on-site team in the United States. The Senior Creative Designer will lead the creation of impactful visual designs for various projects, ensuring they align with the brand’s creative vision and business goals. Responsibilities will include developing design concepts, creating prototypes, and delivering creative solutions for print and digital media. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technology, to execute innovative designs that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and UI/UX Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and other design software
  • Strong skills in Creative Thinking and Concept Development
  • Experience with Branding, Typography, and Layout Design
  • Understanding of Web Design, Digital Media, and Motion Graphics
  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation Skills
  • Strong Time Management and Organizational Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with emerging design trends and best practices
