IT Specialist – Client Facing | MSP
Requirements
Must have:
– At least 2 years of relevant experience in Desktop/IT support – Preference for experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management and troubleshooting – Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check – A valid drivers license is required – Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals – Preferable experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) – Experience with IT Ticketing Systems is advantageous – A minimum of a 2-year degree in an IT-related discipline is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for inquiries and issues via remote and on-site assistance – Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and document issues in our IT ticketing system – Support Windows servers, workstations, and associated peripheral devices, including mobile technology – Monitor daily client workstations and server backup operations – Install various hardware, new PC setups, and software products – Configure and manage client firewalls and security devices – Keep client information up-to-date in the ticketing system with complete accuracy – Administer user accounts and corresponding permissions – Manage and support Microsoft 365 user accounts, including email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive – Uphold confidentiality for both company and client information – Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolutions and responses – Seek opportunities for ongoing process enhancements – Undertake additional duties as assigned
