Akkodis is seeking an IT Business System Analyst – Data SQL TMS for a Contract with a client in Findlay, OH/ Denver, CO/ San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidatewillsupport business and development teams by translating complex data requirements into actionable insights and driving validation and reporting efforts.

Rate Range: $48/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

  • Findlay, OH: $49-$50/hr
  • Denver, CO: $51-$60/hr
  • San Antonio, TX: $48-$55/hr

IT Business System Analyst – Data SQL TMS Job Responsibilities include:

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, data validation logic, and actionable insights for development teams.
  • Perform advanced SQL data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive testing, reporting, and issue resolution to support system stability and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs, product teams, and developers to align priorities and deliver solutions.
  • Support change management, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives within Terminal Operations.
  • Analyze data flows, integrations, and APIs to ensure seamless system functionality and reliable reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise.
  • Advanced hands-on SQL skills including complex queries, data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams, translate requirements, and support testing, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $60.00 per hour
