Job Title:Systems Engineer (IAM)

Client: Technology Arm of Enterprise Insurance org

Location:101 Bellevue Parkway Wilmington Delaware 19809 United States

Shift: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Pay Rate:$65-$68/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Duration of Contract:6-months

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison to vendors (e.g., Microsoft, AppViewX) to facilitate problem resolution.
• Lead planning and implementation of systems, infrastructure, and related hardware/software.
• Act as Lead Engineer on engagements, collaborating with Project Management, Account Management, and Customer teams.
• Mentor and cross-train technical staff through hands-on sessions and workshops.
• Provide guidance on development standards and quality expectations.
• Present design and deployment strategies to customers.
• Offer subject matter expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server.
• Perform system-level programming/scripting to manage supported applications.
• Develop and implement policies for system provisioning, maintenance, and compliance.
• Research emerging IAM technologies and standards.
• Manage configuration, integration, performance, security, failure recovery, and user support.
• Administer end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Adhere to ITIL standards for incident, request, and change management.
• Document problems, resolutions, platform configurations, and standards.
• Lead IAM technology deployments, including AppViewX for certificate lifecycle management.
• Design and implement secure, scalable two-tier PKI infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotation (PIC).

• PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) design, administration, and support
