End User Support Analyst
An End User Support Analyst position in Westerville, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis. We are searching for a Level 2 Support professional to work on a hardware/pc refresh project. This is a contract position going to the end of the year.The bulk of the work will be on this project, but may need to help with level 2 tickets.

Qualifications:
- Level 2 Support experience
- ServiceNow ticketing experience
- AI co-pilot is a preferred
- Active Directory, SCCM; Group Policy, Window
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
