  • Worksite Location: 100% remote role with flexible working environment
  • Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 annually

What you ll do as the Adobe AEM Developer:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Manage and support 30+ websites across 20 brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and optimal performance
  • Architect AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for AEM, advising on best practices, governance, and enterprise-level scalability
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT stakeholders to align digital strategies with business objectives
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within a small development team while also being hands-on in coding and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all sites
  • Drive continuous improvement, modernization, and innovation of our digital platforms

What you need to be an Adobe AEM Developer:

  • 7+ years of hands-on AEM development and architecture experience at an enterprise level
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-brand AEM implementations
  • Strong expertise in AEM 6.5+, Adobe Cloud, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, and related technologies
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular) and integration with AEM
  • Experience with backend development (Java, RESTful APIs, integrations)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a small, collaborative team
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
