Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Finance and Accounting. The role involves overseeing and managing all financial operations, including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and financial reporting. In this position, you will monitor the company’s financial health, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and deliver analytics to assist in strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include managing and developing financial processes, forecasting, and collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Advanced skills in Budgeting and Finance management
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting decision-making
- Proven experience with financial compliance and internal controls
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities to work across teams and departments
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
