National Account Manager
We are looking for motivated National Account Managers to develop new as well as manage and nurture existing customer relationships with mid-market and/or named enterprise/national accounts within, with a focus on food service segments national accounts (incl. distributors, operators).
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the customer and internal support teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams on supply allocation to ensure successful ongoing fulfillment.
- Nurture existing customer relationships, support and resolve customer issues, and help customers address any additional needs.
- Provide expert product and program knowledge and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure successful program go live and ongoing support.
- Leverage understanding of competitive landscape and utilize deep understanding of customer’s unique business needs to formulate & implement strategic plans that meets Daxwell and the customer’s objectives.
- Provide support for distributor sales reps as needed to promote and drive sales of Daxwell products.
- Build compelling presentations to execute business reviews & business proposals.
Qualifications
- Track record for successful sales & account management experience.
- Preferred 5 years of experience working with major food service distributors (such as Sysco, US Foods, McLane, GFS) or experience working with food service operators.
- Preferred 3 years of experience developing programs with distributors to drive initiatives designed to increase sell-in activity at distributor operating sites.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Being able to work well with others and independently under little direction.
- Strong knowledge of product lines and program requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office software, particularly excel.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, excellent follow up.
- Experiences with CPG and/or supply chain industries preferred.
