We believe that our collective efforts will shape a healthier future for the communities we serve.How you’ll contribute Supervises all functions related to third party claim production, reimbursement, cash posting and delinquent claim follow up for physician office and hospitalist services. Maintains an orderly workflow of all electronic operations relating to claim submission and electronic funds transactions. Responsible for compliance with all State, Federal and Hospital regulations regarding third party billing guidelines. Has the authority to recommend hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions of the billing staff. Interfaces directly with the Practice Managers and Executive Director concerning personnel matters. Assures adequate, yet conservative, staffing. Coordinates communication between the patient billing staff and ancillary personnel to provide courteous customer service. Performs the duties of third party billing staff as secondary functions.
