Data Engineer Lead (W2 Contract, Remote)

We’re looking for a 10 15 year experienced Data Engineering Leader to guide complex projects and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale data engineering initiatives (models, pipelines, workflows).

  • Act as SME for data quality, usage, and integration best practices.

  • Design & build robust ETL/ELT pipelines and integration solutions.

  • Own data modeling, testing, and architecture decisions.

Required Skills:

  • Deep Data Warehousing expertise (Kimball, Inmon, ODS, SCD, star schema, data vault).

  • Advanced SQL (DDL/DML, 3NF, ACID, optimization, security).

  • Senior-level Snowflake & Azure Cloud experience.

  • Strong JavaScript & NoSQL background.

  • Proven leadership & hands-on architecture skills.
