We re Hiring: Senior WebSphere Administrator

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in supporting enterprise-level WebSphere environments and related technologies.

Location: Columbus, OH (Local candidates preferred | Relocation welcome)

Employment Type: Must work on Collaborate W2

Eligibility: OPT

What You ll Do:

Provide WebSphere support in a multi-datacenter, multi-tier environment

Configure WebSphere services (security, JDBC, clusters), plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and maintenance

Build and maintain deployment scripts, support production & non-production deployments

Collaborate with network, UNIX, and storage teams for enterprise configurations

Support DevOps tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Bitbucket, Nginx, Kony Mobile)

Work with IIB, Adobe AEM, IBM BPM workflow

Build Docker containers & manage Kubernetes deployments

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize WebSphere performance using tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace, BMC

What We re Looking For:

7 years WebSphere Administration (v7 ) with ND Manager, clustering, tuning

Strong UNIX/Windows background with shell scripting

5 years with web/http/proxy servers & enterprise scripting

3 years with WebSphere Portal Manager & DevOps tools

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
