Position: .Net Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10 years of experience in .NET, SQL, and React, including 3 5 years of on-site client-facing work. The role requires strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have: .NET, SQL, React, bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Good to Have:AWS, COBOL, Technical Leadership

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 10 years of relevant industry experience in application development using .NET, SQL, and React.
• Proven client-facing/on-site experience (3 5 years minimum) in similar technology and domain.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), design patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications.
• Strong database design and performance optimization skills with SQL.
• Solid experience building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET, SQL, and React frameworks.
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance tuning, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead or mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
