Commonscale is opening applications for our virtual Founder in Residence Partner Program for early-stage founders building ambitious companies and preparing to grow.
If it’s a strong fit, we move quickly — most founders hear back within 24–48 hours.
Commonscale partners with founders at the earliest stages of company-building, helping shape brand, narrative, and investor positioning alongside core strategy. We work closely with founders to strengthen how their company is understood — by customers, by partners, and by investors — so they can move into fundraising and growth with clarity and confidence.

Commonscale is a Venture Creative Studio that works with a small number of founders each year to help build companies that are differentiated, compelling, and built to last.
Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, brand, and storytelling. We focus on the moments that matter most early on — defining what a company stands for, how it shows up in the market, and how its story resonates with investors who are evaluating vision, traction, and long-term potential.
We believe investor alignment begins with narrative clarity.
What We’re Looking For
- We are highly selective. This program is best suited for founders who:
- Are actively building an early-stage company (pre-seed or seed)
- Are preparing for, or currently navigating, fundraising
- Want to sharpen how their company is positioned for investors
- Value long-term partnership over one-time deliverables
We most often work with solo founders and small founding teams who are serious about building something enduring and investor-ready.

As a Commonscale Partner, you’ll work closely with our team to refine how your company is positioned, articulated, and presented as it grows. From brand foundation to investor-facing materials, we focus on helping you move into fundraising with a clear narrative, aligned messaging, and strategic confidence.
