About The Role As part of one of Uber’s fastest-growing business units, Uber for Business (U4B), you will drive profitable growth by owning and executing global projects that enhance the experience for 170k corporate customers. You will serve as a cross-functional leader, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to design and operationalize new corporate solutions like business-specific ride types and travel programs. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the growth of Uber for Business by building scaling new mobility growth bets within U4B.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Management: Lead the execution of strategic initiatives and product launches by collaborating with cross-functional partners in Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain reporting to track top-line and operational metrics, communicating key findings to leadership in monthly business reviews.
  • Product Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert for specific product areas to help build roadmaps, design new corporate solutions, and support global launches.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Develop global and regional sales playbooks, identify target clients for key use cases, and partner with marketing to build sales collateral.
  • Sales Support: Leverage technical and product expertise to support sales teams and track the adoption of new business travel programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in project/program management, operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency as a SQL user (or similar query language) with a track record of using data to drive business decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills and experience leading meetings with business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic Growth: Strong business acumen with experience evaluating lines of business to identify and accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Project Leadership: Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Comfort addressing ambiguity, such as shifting priorities or solving unfamiliar problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2B Background: Prior experience in a B2B environment is considered a valuable asset.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year – USD$145,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year – USD$145,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
