Junior Project Manager

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Oversee the delivery of workstreams within large-scale EHR implementation projects.

• Manage key domains including Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment.

• Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.

• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.

• Lead data transformation projects involving clinical and patient data.

• Support initiatives like Clinical Data Repositories, clinical data pipelines, imaging workflows, and healthcare analytics platforms.

What You’ll Need

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

• Background in Healthcare IT, ideally with significant experience in this area.

• Experience supporting projects involving patient demographics, clinical data, or healthcare data platforms.

• Proven experience managing technical teams delivering data transformation or integration initiatives.

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multi-vendor environments.

• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
