About The Role We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives, also known as Financial Customer Associates (FCA), at our Merrimack site. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers by providing exceptional support related to their retirement accounts and financial needs. As an FCA, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their 401(k) plans, answer their questions, and guide them through various account transactions such as withdrawals, loans, and maintenance activities. No prior finance background is required, as comprehensive training will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of a Financial Customer Associate include:
