About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, develop detailed job descriptions, and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to fill vacancies promptly while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and organizational fit.
  • Maintain meticulous organization and documentation throughout the hiring process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
