The Role

• Optimize the flow of value from idea generation to release.

• Coach teams to create high-value items while eliminating waste and rework.

• Promote transparency on barriers and actively remove impediments.

• Enable teams to practice Professional Scrum and other agility-driving techniques.

• Cultivate a habit of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement.

• Coach Product Owners on empirical planning and backlog management.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.

• Proven ability to coach agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders.

• Skills in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to champion and scale Agile/Scrum practices across diverse teams.

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or similar).
