Position: Senior Oracle Application Development Manager

Location: Canada (Remote)

Contract: 12 Months (extensions possible)

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Application Development Manager to lead offshore/onshore teams, oversee Oracle EBS & ERP Cloud (SaaS) projects, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor development/support teams.

  • Manage Oracle EBS R12.2, ERP Cloud (SaaS), custom apps & integrations.

  • Drive project delivery, client engagement, and performance optimization.

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, best practices, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years in Oracle EBS support/implementation, 5 years in leadership.

  • Expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2, ERP Cloud (Financials & related modules).

  • Strong techno-functional ERP knowledge (APIs, integrations).

  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Preferred: MBA, PMP, or similar certifications.
