Company Description Providence, one of Southern California’s most respected fine dining destinations, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.Rooted in seasonality and driven by a commitment to excellence, Providence delivers refined hospitality in an environment where every detail matters. We are looking for a manager who brings structure, professionalism, and warmth to the dining room-someone who leads with both precision and care.Job Description Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar chef-driven, fine-dining, Michelin-starred establishment. They must also have strong leadership and communication skills.Your Role: Act as floor manager during dinner service, ensuring smooth and elevated guest experiencesSupervise and support all front-of-house team membersSchedule and staff based on business volume and service needsExecute daily opening and closing procedures with consistencyManage daily financial reporting and nightly recaps for ownershipMaintain and implement Providence’s high service standardsConduct ongoing staff training, mentorship, and performance assessmentsOversee operational duties: menu updates, POS adjustments, reservation management, and floor plan setupCoordinate with leadership on private dining and special event inquiriesOrder and manage FOH supplies and inventoryCollaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure fluid service and guest satisfactionQualifications Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality in a management roleStrong leadership and organizational skillsProfessional, composed, and articulateDeep knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (certifications a plus)Strong understanding of classic service technique and etiquettePassion for food and hospitality; familiarity with global cuisine preferredCalm, solutions-oriented, and confident in leading a team of 40-50Proficient in Microsoft Office; OpenTable, Aloha, Canva, or InDesign experience is beneficialFamiliarity with the Los Angeles fine dining scene is a plusAdditional language fluency is a bonusAdditional Information We are proud to offer:
