The Role

• Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, including product development plans and budget allocation.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify AI implementation opportunities.

• Oversee the development of AI-powered Lead to Cash tools, ensuring they address key process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains.

• Collaborate with leaders across various departments to develop AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles and improve data accuracy.

• Define and track KPIs for AI adoption, focusing on cycle time reduction, quote-to-close rates, billing accuracy, and ROI.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in product management, with a minimum of 1 year specifically focused on AI/ML products.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes, including lead management, CPQ, order management, billing, and revenue recognition.

• Skilled knowledge of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) applied to sales and revenue operations.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and AI integration with CRM, CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems.

• Expertise in driving organizational change related to AI implementation and adoption within revenue operations.
