We are working with a globally recognized, retailer-owned hardware cooperative that empowers local businesses to thrive. This organization supports thousands of independent retailers, providing them with the resources and strategic guidance needed to compete effectively in the market.

The Role

• Lead strategic development and execution of regional and local marketing initiatives.
• Drive profitable growth across the enterprise while supporting over 5,000 retailers.
• Oversee field activation to ensure programs are effectively delivered, locally relevant, and performance-driven.
• Serve as a key retailer liaison within an assigned region, partnering closely with individual stores, regional groups, and multi-store retailers.
• Build and present marketing materials for retailers, vendors, field teams, and leadership.
• Assist store owners with digital marketing efforts, including optimizing Google Business Profile pages and supporting social media presence.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with five to ten years of progressively responsible multi-unit retail experience.
• Deep understanding of retail operations and business fundamentals.
• Proven ability to influence retailers and drive the execution of optimal marketing practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and social media.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and willingness to travel regularly.
