Product Manager – Director | Hybrid | $100,000 – $260,000

The Role

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven business process transformation initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale agentic and intelligent automation solutions.

• Operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure secure, explainable, and scalable AI solutions.

• Identify high-value opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, and LLMs to eliminate manual workflows and enhance decision intelligence.

• Translate complex business problems into clear product tenets, requirements, and scalable execution plans.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience in Applied AI product management, program leadership, or AI-driven platform delivery.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic architectures, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design, APIs, and metadata retrieval systems.

• Experience operationalizing enterprise-grade AI systems with a focus on security, observability, and reliability.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across large organizations.
