Product Designer | $107,200 – $160,800

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Support cross-functional teams in designing key user experiences for the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) brand.

• Provide design guidance for AI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the KBB Design System.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Present design work to peers and business leaders to build alignment and partner with development teams on accurate implementation.

• Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards for consistency.

• Advocate for user-centered design methods and data-informed decision-making.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HCI, Design, CS, etc.) or equivalent experience, with a portfolio demonstrating UX solutions.

• Experience with end-to-end product design execution, from research and ideation to post-release validation.

• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and working with design systems.

• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools within the design workflow.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other roles in agile teams.

• Demonstrated skill in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
