Position: ServiceNow SAM Architect
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Burbank, CA (Remote)

++JOB DESCRIPTION++

SKILLS NEEDED : Strong ITSM, Reporting Dashboards, REST SOAP Integrations, Service Portal Pages Widgets UI Macros, JavaScript AJAX AngularJS HTML CSS JSON

  • Minimum 10 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer Dev lead
  • Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts JSON
  • Excellent advance understanding and ability to script automated processes
  • Agile Scrum methodology Experience
  • Hands on experience working within ServiceNow ITAM HAM and SAM
  • Excellent exposure to Publisher pack integration
  • Excellent understanding of Integration Hub integrating SCCM Tanium COUPA peoplesoft
  • Handson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
  • Portal Scripting in Angular JS
  • CSS based UXUI design development
  • Understanding of Angular based Client side Serverside scripts
  • Client Side and ServerSide Scripting ie Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc
  • Client and Server APIs ie GlideDialogWindow Glide Form GlideAggregate GlideRecord etc
  • Handson experience in ITSM Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management Asset Management CMDB Event Management Orchestration Active Directory integration B2B Integration and Virtual Agent
  • Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problemsolving skills are essentials
  • Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Ensures information is accurate and complete Selfmotivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
  • Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams

Certification a plus

  • ServiceNow Administration certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist Various Tracks
  • ServiceNow Service Portal Certification
