Job Title: iOS Developer

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer to design, build, and maintain mobile applications for Apple devices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Swift/Objective-C, a solid understanding of the iOS ecosystem, and the ability to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile apps.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend developers) to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.

  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

  • Stay up to date with emerging iOS technologies, frameworks, and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of professional experience in iOS development.

  • Proficiency in Swift (Objective-C is a plus).

  • Experience with Xcode, UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location, etc.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.

  • Strong understanding of Apple s design principles and interface guidelines.

  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git).

  • Knowledge of Unit/UI testing and continuous integration.

  • Published apps on the App Store preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, or Reactive programming.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with mobile security and performance best practices.
